The Brief
Transform a shabby former rental apartment into a modern practical welcoming space for use by the clients as a London pied a terre.
The Concept
Create space. Though the two bedroom apartment faced south with extensive rooftop views the living space was a series of small rooms. The design dramatically opened the environment to create open plan living which allowed space and light to flood in. The modern minimalistic design incorporated natural wood flooring, a bespoke kitchen granite worktops and a wall of mirrors to give the illusion of space. Colour was added through curated art and key pieces of furniture design and modern art.
